There are mortgage processors who can handle as many files or loan applications in a day, weeks or months when things are straight forward and simple. On the other hands, due to certain difficulties or technicalities and the number of paper works available, he/she can do less.

For instance, a property might have gone through the hands of many owners which means this kind of processing will require enough time and attention so as to analyze things very critically. If you have a few of this kind of documents to work on, you can get it done early and focus on others but but at the point where you have 5 or more, you are likely to spend much time working on their files.

This is to mean that handling mortgage loans doesn’t have a specific number but varies based on the kind of paper work available. On certain days, a mortgages processor can handle many loans and vice versa.
